AT YOUR NEXT PARTY
With The Amazing Magic of

TIPS ON

1 - Plan the party way ahead of time so you will have ample time to purchase necessary items if you are considering a specific theme. Items for a theme may not be readily available and you may have to do some searching.
2 - Mail invitations two to three weeks before the party date.
3 - Use a safe, comfortable place for the party. If you are going to use your home select room(s) where the guests can have fun and not hurt themselves or cause damage to your furnishings, etc. You may opt to rent a small hall, party facility or have the party in a restaurant..
4 - If you are having an OUTDOOR party have an alternate (back-up) plan in case of bad weather.
5 - Limit the party time from two to three hours (2 hours for children under five).
6 - Have some activities planned. It is wise to prepare more activities than you may think that you may need. Activities sometimes take less time to run than planned.
7 - If you are going to have entertainment, (magician, clown, juggler, etc.) hire the talent way ahead of the date. Good entertainers book about two months in advance, especially week ends..
8 - If you have entertainment, plan arrival time, about have hour before
the entertainment (show) begins. Give a chance for stragglers to arrive.
Start the entertainment on time. Entertainers usually do more than one show
a day and may have to go to another engagement after yours and he/she may
be on as tight schedule.
DO NOT SERVE FOOD, DRINKS, SNACKS before or during the entertainment NOR
give out party favors, noise makers etc., before entertainment.
9 - Best plan for a part is: Arrival - Entertainment - Food (pizza/hot dogs, etc.) Cake & ice cream - Present opening - Activity time - Good-bye.

stair rails, door frames (Outdoors - trees, bushes, fencing, etc.. Place
a bunch on the mailbox or entrance to your home for easy identification..
If you are going to use helium inflated balloons pick them up or have them
delivered just before party time because some helium balloons loose the
helium fast and may start to deflate while the party is still going on.
Do not use helium balloons for balloons you will attach to walls, or dangle
from streamers, unless you want the helium balloons to hold up a streamer.
eta. Use curling ribbons to tie balloons together and leave extra ribbons
dangling. Attach a cluster to ceiling or light fixture over c cake table.
MAKE SURE THAT BALLOONS DO NOT TOUCH LIGHT BULBS. Place helium filled balloons
around the room, just let them float to the ceiling leaving the curled ribbons
dangling - but keep them short so that the youngsters will not reach them.

FOOD GOODIES

of your child's Cool-Aid© flavors in ace cube trays. Fill trays half
full so that more cubes will fit in each child's lass or cup. When it's
time to serve, place the ice cubes in a large bowl and let each child fill
their cup/glass. Pour clear soda or juice over the colored cubes. Your guests
will love watching as it turns into Magic Rainbow Punch.
Bugs In A Log
These 'bugs' are here to add fun and a little silliness to your [party. Cut celery into six inch lengths and fill the celery curve with peanut butter. Put raisins (bugs) the length of the celery stick in an uneven pattern. Bugs On A Log are fun for the birthday child to help prepare before the party.

in a cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Jell-O© Jinglers

the packages to make the popular Jello Jigglers To make these treats even
more fun to eat, use cookie cutters to create sun shapes and display them
on a platter and let the kids help themselves.
CRUNCHY MUNCHIES
For an easy-to-grab snack, combine your favorite treats in a large bowl (M&M © candies, peanuts, licorice pieces, granola, pretzels, raisins, coconut, and dried fruit).
